"open a case with PTC Cloud Services?" defaults to yes

The newly introduced question "Do you want to open a case with PTC Cloud Services?" when opening a new case defaults (in my case) to YES. I think the default should be NO, as this is the majority of cases. Any thoughts?

@Rocko the option to open a case with PTC Cloud Services was introduced alongside Dylan a couple of years back. It is only shown to customers with one or more managed services SCNs and by default is set to yes.

Okay, but there must've been recent changes, as I (as an PTC employee) didn't have this before until recently. But if it doesn't change anything for my cases, I don't mind - I just wondered if they may end up in the wrong queue.

I agree with @Rocko, I always deactivate the checkbox when creating a new case.
