Looking at CS219642 I get three related items, e.g. " Re: Read Xml in ThingWorx" with link https://support.ptc.com/apps/ext/solution_preview/search/predestination?sourceapp=Article%20viewer&queryid=22759817&doctype=Community%20Forum&userid=xxxx&docsource=Complete%20Results&docid=msg6113&finalurl=https://community.thingworx.com/message/6113#6113 Clicking on that link gives me: JBWEB000065: HTTP Status 404 - /ext/solution_preview/search/predestination JBWEB000309: type JBWEB000067: Status report JBWEB000068: message /ext/solution_preview/search/predestination JBWEB000069: description JBWEB000124: The requested resource is not available.

@Rocko the web team are aware of this issue and are working on a fix. In the meantime, you can work around the issue by copying the URL and stripping out everything except the value of the finalurl parameter e.g. URL.jpg
