PTC Case management : Access denied, insufficient privilegies

Hi,
I work at Novotek and we are distributors for Kepware in Scandinavia.
I have created a case on Kepware:s website and I received a PTC case number:
C14742426.
I try to manage this case in the PTC-Portal but I get an error message:
Access Denied : Insufficient priviligies.
I have created a PTC account with the Customer number, Security-ID, and SCN for Novotek.
