There are not many details we are doing a WINDCHILL Server installation when we arrive at Procuct installers it asks for copy to staging when I go to my panel to download it does not have these two licenses to download that is the print .
If you are not seeing the items you need, it could be an entitlement issue. Use the PTC License Management tools to verify you have an active license. If you do, you should be able to find them here: https://www.ptc.com/support/download-software
