Where can the orientation content be found for new Customers?  Specifically admin guides that Customer admins to create/retire USer accounts in their organizations and to set eSupport privileges ?

It's unclear from these links as to the difference between Partners and Customer Account Management.

 

The articles discuss Online Operators and Account Administrators.  Do customers have both roles?  Or just the Online Supervisor role?

Regarding "differences between Partners and Customer Accounts", you might want to refer CS43016.

 

Only Online Supervisor has a privilege for Account Administrations. For more details on Online Supervisor, you can refer here:
