PTC Website Down

The ptc.com and support.ptc.com websites appear to be down today.  I’m not sure if this is a local issue or global issue.

    I’m facing the same problem.

    PTC Marketer for Creo and Mathcad. I run their YouTube channels, some Creo campaigns, and all Mathcad campaigns and communications.

      It seems back up to me. Guess I gotta do my job, then.

          Thank you, ​@TomU, ​@MarcoTosin, ​@DJNewman  - we apologize for yesterday’s brief interruption affecting access to ptc.com and related support services.
          The teams who worked to restore access have confirmed that backend systems remained fully operational, with the issue isolated to a network layer in front of our application environment.
          As of right now we don’t have the precise root cause pinpointed, but we’re continuing to investigate, while monitoring inbound traffic.
