Simplified User Management for Online Supervisors

If you are an Online Supervisor in charge of managing large volumes of users, please check out our new Bulk Update tool under the ‘eSupport Settings’ tab in “Manage my Web account”.

The purpose of the tool is to grant or remove access to multiple users for multiple permissions in one transaction, as well as dissociating users from your account in bulk.
