A knowledge hub article is nothing more than a table of contents linking to other articles.  I can't imagine any reason why a hub article would be completely removed.  Maybe @PeterCase can help.  It's hard to depend on PTC articles if we can't be confident they are going to remain accessible indefinitely.

Looking at the CRM, the engineer merged the content from CS357651 with CS137012

We'll investigate what happened with our merge tool, as this should seamlessly redirect users to CS137012. Stand by.

I was looking for that article because it was in my DB of articles about query builder reports.

I needed it to help a community user.

 

I've updated my list as well, because I'm quicker to find references that way than to search the KB.
