"Sorry, something went wrong." when searching via Firefox 95.0.1 in Knowledge Base

Hi,

For some days now, I always get

"Sorry, something went wrong."

when searching via Firefox 95.0.1 in Knowledge Base

https://www.ptc.com/en/support/

"Show Details" says "One or more resource files failed to load. Please try your query again."

Seach works without problems in Chrome.

Whitelisting worked, thanks.

Nevertheless, I will see if the cookie problems can be solved by PTC.

It works fine for me in Firefox 95.0.1 (64-bit).

Hi @ssaul ,

 

It seems that we are having some problems with our cookies. Would you mind keeping the exact same Firefox browser and trying the same operation in a private window (CRTL+shit+P)?

Do you have an ad blocker in Firefox? If so whitelist ptc.com
