Unable to download any software using PTC partner account

I have upgraded to PTC partner account .

When I am trying to download any software I am getting error that I dont have any privilege for download.

Hi @cgoma.

You actually need to contact your Partner rep. This could also be a timing issue, if the Partnership agreement was just recently signed.
