Unable to Update Tech Support Case After Opening

Is it just me?  Or are other people facing the same problem.  After creating a case, I'm unable to update it.  The issue persists across Firefox/Chrome/IE.  It even persists if I open the case in Chrome Incognito mode.  Still cannot update it.
