Upload multiple attachments during case creation

When creating cases, it is possible for some time now to upload several different attachments and attach them simultaneously in one step.
It has already happened to me several times that in the end only one attachment was available in the case history and I had to upload the missing ones individually afterwards. ðŸ˜¬
Am I the only one who occasionally has this problem, or does anyone else know this?

I've had it happen a couple of times as well, but not recently.

I last had the problem on 10th of June when creating a Creo Parametric case:
Here I initially wanted to attach two ZIP archives as well as a WMV file (video of a screen recording) and only one ZIP archive arrived.

 

In the meantime I know that I have to pay attention to this, because no error or info message appears that some attachments failed.
But initially I had never noticed this, but only when the responsible support staff pointed out to me that some were missing.
