Hi Amber,

Great observation! Flipping the model over is not always necessary. It is only necessary if the orientation of your sketch placement is reversed (as was the case in the video). An easy way to "flip the model over" is to hold Shift and use the arrow keys.


If you want to see more about this feature enhancement from Creo 9, it is taught in Exercise 1 of Fundamentals of Solid Modeling 1.

In the "Sketch setup" dialog - find the "Flip" button for sketch view orientation -
