ubject: Windchill Server Unreachable During Course Access

Dear Support Team,

I hope you're well.

I'm currently participating in the course Windchill: Creo Parametric Data Management 1, and I'm unable to access Windchill through the provided link:
http://ptc-training.ptc.com:8181/Windchill

When attempting to connect, I receive the following message:
"The Windchill server is unreachable. This may be due to the server being down or the location of the URL being incorrect."

Could you please confirm if the server is temporarily down, or if there has been a change in the access URL?

Hello Diana, thanks for your question!

If you're going through the course, I imagine you've launched the virtual machine through an AWS link. You should only access Windchill from inside the VM. Since Windchill launches from within the VM, it may take up to 5-7 minutes (and maybe up to 10) for Windchill to be accessible from within the browser. You can continue going through the learning guidebook while you wait for Windchill to be ready.
