There is an added note to this exercises step 24. 

 

' Note: If you encounter a Validation Failed response window, do the following:
Set the System environment variable WT_HOME to ‘C:\ptc\Windchill_13.0\Windchill-Test’
Stop, then relaunch setup.vbs
Replace the ‘*Installation Directory for Windchill’ field value with ‘C:\ptc\Windchill_13.0\Windchill-Test’.

This has been in the queue to be republished, so apologies you encountered this issue. I will undertake ensuring this update is published.

The instructions for Exploring the PSI User Interface cannot be completed for this VM. The directories match what is shown in the video and the instructions but results in the following error. Please advise.

Here is the error when the directory is changed from C to D...

I am just following up to say that this issue is valid, due to a virtual machine misconfiguration, and we are working on it.

In the meantime, as a workaround, I suggest skipping this exercise and watching the video at Explore the PSI User Interface | tutorial | PTC Learning Connector

 

Skipping this PSI exercise will not affect any future exercises in the course.
