Cannot Access University Training - Partner Status not verified through PTC.com
When attempting to register for training through PTC University, I received an error stating “You are no longer Partner Verified in LDAP”. I reached out to Training Central for assistance and was informed that my partner status was not verified through PTC.com and that I needed to reach out to PTC Support via the ESupport site for further assistance. Could you assist me with resolving this issue and also provide me with resolution steps that I could pass on to my colleagues that might run into the same issue? Thank you
