It looks like you are a PTC Partner. But, your PTC.com web account is not upgraded - 

Please refer to the below articles & upgrade your account firstly:
Article - CS43007 - How to upgrade the PTC web account to Customer support account
Article - CS415135 - How to upgrade a PTC web account to a Partner account

Once you upgrade your web account, you should be able to access the field academy site.

After upgrading your web account If you still face an issue with accessing the site, please open a support case using the My PTC Assistant.
Select Field Academy from the available options in the My PTC Assistant. Enter a description and then submit the ticket. 
The concerned team shall revert to you within 24 hours.
