CREO Training materials

Even though the company I work for uses Solidworks, I was a Pro/Engineer (4.0) user for many years. I would like to keep my skills current with CREO.

Any good video tutorials (FREE or NOT) for beginners? I know YouTube has a few, but I am looking for something a little more detailed.
