error 0x0600012 - Parametric Student Edition - Quality Agent problem - 10.0 version

I have just installed creo parametric 10.0 version. But I can't run it, beacause when I open it says that "it is impossible to run  the Quality Agent" and associate this with error code 0x0600012 . Than the program automatically closes.

    Hi, 

    thanks for the reply, however it doesn't solve my problem. Because I don't have an addon folder or even a filequalityagent_64.msi file.

    Please help me.
