I want to make a anmation with manikin. But i have not find a useful tutorial on internet.

You need to use the animation application in Creo. To animate the mankin, you will have to drag it to different positions at different time stamps. The animation module will then interpolate in between the positions. This will not be the easiest thing to do and it will take some time.
