I see a number of videos, websites, and at least one book is listed.

Traditionally Creo functionality required to visit trainings (live or webcontent). There is one for milling and one for turning (with some overlap naturally).

Recently PTC is providing more and more videos for new functionality, but it will probably be quite some way until the whole manufacturing functionality is covered, especially the one that does not get redesigned.
