Not able to login ptc field academy

Not able to login ptc field academy with my username. Getting error message as User ID or password is incorrect. But with same credentials I am able to login to PTC Support page. 

 I tried changing password as well, still I am getting incorrect id password.

Thank you for using PTC Community!
Your web account is a basic account, you should firstly upgrade it partner account. 
Once you upgrade it, you could retry to login to the PTC Field Academy site and let us know. 

Please avoid posting account specific sensitive information like Customer number, SCN. SON or Site number on the public forum. 

The SCN you provided is inactive, so please check for an active SCN, Customer number and partner security ID which you could use to upgrade your web account.

You can email ptcfieldacademy@ptc.com if you continue to have problems after you upgrade your account.

The ptcfieldacademy@ptc.com is no longer in use. 

How should i resolve my issue.
