ProMechanica Thermal modeling, PCB

Do anyone know of a good ProMechanica Thermal tutorial for PCB modeling?

Please someone help me with directing me to a sample tutorial link to model a simple PCB with some components on them in ProMechanical, Thermal. I like to do a simple analysis with board temperature and gradient mapping, component and junction temperatures and to analyze those temperatures which exceed their respective limits etc.
