Tutorial access for evaluation

How can potential customers evaluate Creo if we cannot access the tutorials ?

 

They seem to be available on the paid side of things and not to the 30 day evaluators.

 

Am I missing something as far as the source for these tutorial files?

Hi,

 

access to files needs login to PTC. Did they try to create basic user account at PTC ?

    I have a sign on at PTC website but, as I am only evaluatiing at this point and not a paid customer, I beleive the tutorials noted are only available to paid members.

     

    It seems as though 28 of 30 days worth of evaulation will be for naught

    Hmm,

     

    you are right, file cannot be downloaded by user with Basic account. I guess that Creo files zipped in the file are readable with Commercial license, only. So you would not open them even if you were downloaded them.
