Unable to find Windchill Implementation Practitioner exam

Hello,

I am trying to locate the "Windchill Implementation Practitioner" certification in PTC University, but I cannot find it in the certification catalog.

I would like to understand how to access or register for this certification.

That course is not in PTC University.  It’s in Field Academy and only accessible by PTC employees and partners.  The certification itself is actually administered by a 3rd party testing company.
