hi,

  will the offline precision lms server work nowadays. If not is there any offline material for learning creo basics. creo7.0

Precision LMS does not work offline. Vladimir's suggestion of installing the Help Center locally is a good one. Within that help center there are some tutorials. The link to those tutorials in the Help Center is here.

    will help center work if pc is offline also without internet

    The online help center will not work offline. However, you can download the Help Center from the same location you download Creo Parametric and any other PTC product. You can then install the Help Center locally on a PC, and then set a config.pro file so Creo knows where the Help Center loadpoint is. At that point, as long as your Creo licensing is local to the pc then everything can be offline.
