[A11682]Cannot execute the "set javavmargs" because JVM has been loaded

Hi Team,

We are facing an issue with when we try to run a task in arbotext it fails to start with below error.

[A11682]Cannot execute the "set javavmargs" because JVM has been loaded.

I checked regedit -> STARTUP_PATH. The value is set to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Arbortext\Editor60\bin\x86\editor.exe -nojvm".

Can you please help.
