Nearly everything I learn about our products is from customers and partners (many of whom are former users from customers). Generac’s Service Digital Thread Journey was a standout session for me. The presentation delved into a level of implementation detail that resonated with customers I spoke with afterwards. Some of whom had also expressed difficulty onboarding onto our products.

A fantastic event bringing the most important PTC community of our USERS together. As part of the Customer Experience team, one of the standout moments for me was the sheer number of thoughtful, candid conversations we had with customers across roles and industries throughout the conference. Whether at sessions, booths, or hallway chats, people were generous with their feedback and clear about what’s working and where they’d like to see more progress. 

What I’m taking back is how valuable these in‑person moments are, not just for learning, but for listening. Thanks to everyone who took the time to share feedback (including through Product CSAT). Those insights play a big role in shaping what comes next.
