Quality and Speed for PTC Windchill Deployments through Dedicated PLM Testing Team

By attending this presentation learn the benefits Whirlpool gained by strategically setting up a dedicated PLM testing team. Prior to this, the project team and key business end users were using valuable time for testing and validation for new applications and/or enhancements. By forming a dedicated PLM testing team Whirlpool were able to streamline the regression testing suite and set up a test automation framework. This helped to validate new deployments, enhancements and send PTC patch updates on a regular basis with predictability and in an efficient way. This not only expedited deployments but also enabled a roll out of SCRUM practices at Whirlpool to improve  the end user experience.
