Quick Wins! Embraer's Strategy to Leverage PLM Program Implementation

During the proof of concept and the discussions on adopting a PLM Program at Embraer, the opportunity to leverage short and medium term benefits by implementing functionalities out-of-the box were identified, in addition to anticipating the adoption learning curve for specific business areas .
