PTC/USER Working Group Monthly Status Reporting

Greetings to all Customer Led and Customer Led w/PTC Participation Working Group Leaders!

Please find attached the PTC/USER Working Group Monthly Status report form.  I am requesting this form to be completed and submitted by the 5th of each month to track progress and participation for the previous month. 

Please submit a status report for November 2019, by Wednesday December 18, 2019.

After which, on January 5th, please submit a report for December activity.

Please save as "WG NAME_Status Quad Chart_112019".
