3d Dragger

Hello Creo Team,

While making  Assembling in Creo 3.0 Parametric, I lost "3d Dragger ", How can I reset the fault or get it back??

When assembling a component, there is an icon to toggle the 3d dragger on and off. It's only available when placing a component.

Image is from Creo 2, I'm assuming Creo 3 is similar.

This is correct and the same is available in Creo 3.0:
