Adding cable location points after upgrading to M190, doesn't work?

We ran across an issue. We just recently upgraded to Creo M190 build and we noticed we can't add location points to routed cables!

Any ideas? Is this a bug or a config parameter issue?

Selecting cable and RMB > Insert Location is not working in Creo Parametric 2.0 M190?

Strange!

I did not find any reports of such an issue in our database.

Have you checked reference scope in this assembly - maybe it is interfering with feature creation?
