Appearance .dmt issues creo 3.0

Is anyone else having issues with creo 3.0 loading their appearance files through the config. file? I am at a loss to get these to load on opening of the program. Had no issue with 2.0 now just a hassle

    npeters, did you ever figure this out?? I too have had issues for a long time now!

    You need to have your appearance.dmt file in your start in folder.

    There is also a config.pro option global_appearance_file that can be used to specify the color file.

    It does not need to be in the start-in folder if you use the config.pro setting.

    We have ours on a network shared location so all engineers use the same file.

    Just need to manually 'locate' the file when installing a new build.

    I found that later builds of Creo 2, I had to manually navigate to the dmt file and load it even though I have it in my config.pro. Only needed to manually load it the first time after updating Creo2 to new builds. After that initial load, Creo would find the file.
