    Hello,

here you can find System Requirements for Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 5.0 and Creo Elements/Pro 5.0

If you are looking for a specific workstation: see HP8740w - it's really cool PC for your work ;o)

    Hi!

Here are some extra info regarding the ARX module and how it works!

    Questions and answears!

Here a Link to our Website…

    http://www.ptc.com/products/creo-elements-pro/advanced-rendering

    …and here the answers:

I need info if the ARX engine are multi-core based (can use more than one RAM-core, example if using a computer with 4x4gb cores so in toital of 16 gb, and using windows 7 x64) -> Yes, ARX support multicore, the render engine is mental ray. For further information about mental ray take a look to the mentalimages webpage. (http://www.mentalimages.com/products/mental-ray/about-mental-ray/features.html)

I also need info if ARX rendering module usese CPU+GPU? -> Yes, mentalimages is a Nvidia company and ARX is optimized for CUDA enabled GPUs.

And what kind of graphic-cards that are recommended? ->see the PTC Website… http://www.ptc.com/WCMS/files/77552/en/proewf5.pdf

So the graphic-cards that are supported for Creo/Elements Pro are also supported as ARX - rendering extension.

    Kind Regards,
