We have some models that are Creo 10 and some are Creo 9. We are working with another company that can open Creo 9 models and not Creo 10. Is there a way i can save Creo 10 models to Creo 9 without losing features and Metadata?

If you can both migrate to a common release that would be the best option. IF that is not possible then the best option is probably to use Creo neutral files if you must share data to an older release.
