best processor for Creo 4 and Creo 6.

Better choose single thread oriented processor instead on lot of cores??

 

i cant find any benchmark for creo.

Single core clock speed is critical.  Better to have faster clock speed with less cores.  That's why overclocking is so helpful for use with Creo (and other CAD systems.)

    i think a XEON 4gh (4,5 turbo) 4 cores

     

    i think xeon give more stability in single app use.
