Can we transfer Node locked license from one PC to another if we are not under AMC

I have old licenses of Creo 2 ( perpetual) locked to the computer host ID. The computers are dying and I am not under AMC. Is there a way to shift the license to new computer HOST ID if I am not under active AMC ?
