Cannot launch Creo License server

I am using Creo Parametric Release 3.0 and DatecodeM090

License server machine is down or not responding. Cannot launch Creo Parametric. Windchill is performing ok.

Here are the errors that I faced
License request failed for feature
Requesting PROE_DesignAdv...
7788@US-BOS2-APP4: (-96) License server machine is down or not responding.

Reboot the license server machine.

Is Windchill on the same set of servers? If not then, Windchill would still be running.

If you are on Creo 3, you are NOT on Windchill 11.1 or newer and Windchill does no license checking prior to 11.1.

Thank you for replying Ben.

We are still on WC 10.1 and in the process of upgrading to 11.1 and following with a Creo upgrade to 8 or 9.

Looks like IT did what you said because we're back up.

You cannot go to Creo 9 with Windchill 11.1.
