Question

"cannot read license" ????

What does this mean. How did/does it happen and how do I fix it?

Thanks.

AJ,

Could you please confirm that license manager server is up and running?

You can try restarting license manager service lmadmin_ptc (from system services).

Is there any error in log files in license manager?

I tried that. PTC Customer Care is assisting me now.

Thanks.
