Cannot Visualize and manipulate the HDR image environment.

Creo 3.0 m010. HDR (high dynamic range) environment for the model, In Shading with Reflections mode, with or without the Photolux license activated. The HDR image does not show up. Cannot Visualize and manipulate the HDR image.

Replaced old computer HP xw 8400, quadro FX 5500, with newer HP Z820 quadro K5000.

Hi Dan,

you should probably open a case with Technical Support - especially in case you have seen it work before in F000.
