CGM created from a drawing have splits and curves

The cgm file created from drawing using File->Save a Copy..*.cgm is not equal to the drawing opened in ProE.
The cgm has splits in between lines and extra curves.
Please find the snapshot attached
Is there any settings which can resolve the issue.
