How do I enable CTRL+Alt LMB for Component Drag?

I was able to do it prior to a new install on my machine and now I can't. Is there a config.pro setting I need? I thought it was a standard setting.

I found the issue. enable_implied_joints no.

I just removed it and all good now.

Maybe this one? modify_offset_during_comp_drag yes ?
