Question
Config File Loading Issue in Creo 2.0
There are rumors that the multiple config file issues in Creo are to be
resolved in Creo 2 M20, to be released 9/2. However, the SPR on the
issue [1] still has no resolution date or build.
Does anyone have any official confirmation from PTC on this (aside from
the verbal assurances of PTC employees at the conference)? I tried
contacting PTC through my open case on the issue last week but have
gotten no response.
As I prepare to support my first customers on Creo 2 at the end of the
month, I'd like to know if I should put in the likely significant effort
into working around this bug or not.
