connot disable "Failure Diagnostics manager"

I am using Creo Parametric Release 3.0 and DatecodeM190
I connot disable "Failure Diagnostics manager"
my config.pro "regen_failire_handling" option is turned to "no_resolve_mode"
However I still get the "Failure Diagnostics manager" poping up....

That is a deprecated configuration option, as discussed here:

https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS325902 

It's something you can set for your particularly old version of Creo, but I can't use it, since I'm on Creo 9.

A long shot is that you list it as "regen_failire_handling" but shouldn't it be "regen_failure_handling"? Or was that a typographical error?
