Convert XCH to PAT hatch using toolkit API

I am using Creo Parametric Release 9.0 and Datecode9.0.3.0

Is there a toolkit function equivalent to the "Convert All XCH to Pat" command? If not, is there a way to convert a XCH hatch to PAT format with toolkit api? Please provide example code if possible. Thanks!
