Could eomeone help see the assembly as in the tutorial?

Hi guys,

I am new to CREO 3.0 (former Solid Works user), and while checking out the tutorial video for former Solid Works users I found out that the interface when I insert a component its different from what the tutorial shows.

Maybe its a view configuration check box or a problem with the installation of the software because I can only access the workspace on advanced development on wind-chill server.

I would greatly appreciate the help!!

It's this icon. You can have one or the other or both. The current one you have pushed only the component in an external window. The other one only shows the component in the main window with the assembly (as in the tutorial) and if you have both, you get both an external window and with in the main window.

If you have more question, don't post them as a document, use the "start a discussion" and it automatically marks it as a question.
