Could not find the parametric.exe file

After Installing Creo 3.0, and attempting to launch Creo parametric through the shortcut created on the desktop, An error came up, saying that windows could not find the application Parametric.exe, I had a search through were it was installed and couldn't find it either.
I have re-installed it twice and reconfigured it once, to no avail.

Any help is much appreciated.
