Creo 1.0.5.0 failed to register windchill 13.01 server.

I am using Creo Parametric Release 10.0 and Datecode10.0.5.0

Creo 1.0.5.0 failed to register windchill 13.01 server.
When registering a WIndchill Server in the File Server Management it will not connect after selecting check. User and Password are correct. URL is correct.

Here are the errors that I faced

    Can you login to Windchill from an external web browser?

    Do you have permissions to create a workspace in the context you are trying to link to?

    I can login through the browser. I am looking to see how to allow permissions to create a workspace. Do you think this might be something with the LDAP and how the Creo is connecting to WInchill (user access)? I've tried even with admin privileges and it's not allowing me. Also, when If I select Home in WIndchill (Browser) and go to customize to active my workspaces in the view, the workspaces option is greyed out.

    Instead of entering the URL to Windchill in the Creo Server Manager dialog,, cut and paste it from your external browser URL line. 

    Is this a new install of Windchill/Creo at your company or an upgrade from older releases?
