CREO 10 Mapkeys not working since windows 11

I am using Creo Parametric Release 10.0 and Datecode10.0.7.0

just migrated from windows 10 to windows 11. We manage all mapkeys in config.pro
worked fine with creo 10 + windows 10
most mapkeys are two letters. For exemple "RR" for right view. etc.

All mapkeys do not work properly since windows 11 migration. First letter is recorded by creo 2nd letters is lost, we have to hit second letter again to make shortcut work Hence needs 3 hits for one mapkey...
Most of our daily tasks are performed with mapkeys.
We are over 20users trained with these mapkeys. We cannot change them. Please let us know what issue is and how to fix it
